HEPTASYS, Société française basée à Paris, récemment déployée en Tunisie, ayant une filiale à Tunis, cherche  un Network Administrator 

-  Daily management and correcting minor flaws on the network.

-  Helping hand in implementing new needs (New Lan connection & New network extensions not related to any current project).

-  Delivery of information to assist in troubleshooting requests potentially related to other workdomains. (Base support Root cause analysis).

-  Assisting to the implemention and extension of Monitoring systems and upcoming management systems (ie. EMS/IPAM).

-  Application profiling, ability in understanding network flows, co-relating them with application in order to improve bandwidth coloring.

-  All this thru ITIL Processes.

• Job description

Full-time position responsible for ensuring that local network are maintained and operational Position is temporary until the hand over phase to our partners will be finalized. 

·  Responsabilities 

-  Remote networking administration on systems principally based in Europe 

-  Serve as a point of escalation for the Service desk, own and resolve Level 2 incident support and handle related request cases 

-  Actively monitor and manage the Level 2 incident support and request queues via a central management tool 

-  Research problems and identifies trends to strategically address IT needs 

-  Participate in the IT Change Management process, where required 

-  Make new or improve existing procedures in order to support a knowledge transfer to our partners Support in ongoing centralization project, where needed 

  • Required skills

-  Mandatory good experience in Cisco switching, routing and administration of core & edge devices. 

-  Experience is Alcatel/HP switch administration is an absolute need 

-  Experience in Enterasys switching is a serious advantage 

-  Good experience in Cisco (Meraki) / HP / Colubris Wifi devices and topologies

-  Good understanding what horizontal cabling, patching, representation patching and clean patch cabs are and should look like. 

-  Knowledge of Wan Acceleration systems and methods 

-  Knowledge in IT security (firewall, proxy, vpn,..)

-  Verbal : English and French -Advanced 

-  Written: English -Advanced, French intermediate is an asset.
