Main activities: |
Develop the content and the tools of the internal communication media |
Prepare the internal announcements and Memo to distribute the news and relevant information to the employees |
Develop the internal communication tools (mailing, display board, newsletter, TV screen...) |
Update the company profile and ensure the use of the corporate documents and templates. |
Develop the communication plan of the plant |
Organize and prepare social events within the communication plan |
Organize special activities related to the life of the company (anniversary, crisis, rewards...) |
Involved in the budget definition related to the planned events |
Approve the communication plan with the HRM and plant management |
Prepare performance indicators related to the social climate evolution in the plant |
Prepare and conduct employee satisfaction surveys and report the results Develop a KPI dashboard for internal communication activities |
Involved in setting the appropriate action plans, mainly in the communication strategy |
Profiles & Competencies: |
BAC + 3 in communication / marketing / HRM (or equivalent) |
Experience in internal communication (ideally in industrial environment) |
Good computing and multimedia skills |
Good communication and presentation skills (spoken & written) |
Good language skills (Arabic / French / English) |
