To support our international IT operations team, we are searching for a full-time database administrator in Tunis

Tasks:

Incident Analysis and troubleshooting in regards to Oracle DB and MS SQL Server analysis service

Monitoring and Controlling of availability  of database systems

Administration, documentation and optimization of database environment

Planning and execution of upgrades and patching

Support of the IT operations team in Germany

Assistance in database projects from an operational perspective

Willingness for possible shift work and OnCall duty. 

Qualification:

Must-have

-  Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or completed vocational training with comparable background

-  Administration of Oracle dabases (advanced)

-  Administration of MSSQL Server Analytics services (basic - intermediate)

-  English - Upper intermediate (B2, must-have)

-  High Level of service-orientation, ability to work independently and within a small to medium team

Nice-to-have

-  Administration in Postgre-SQL

-  System administration of Linux-Servers

-  Knowledge of virtual environments

-  good skills in German language (A2, nice-to have)
