We are looking to hire from 2017's fresh graduated Engineer, a talented Junior ITSM Consultant.

What You Will Be Doing

§  Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of software components.

§  Integrate & assemble Solutions According Specification.

§  Application UI & Workflow Configuration

§  Development of required Client specific reporting

§  Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)

§  Be a key member of the overall implementation project team

§  Prepare all client facing and internal deliverable that are technology related

§  Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

§  Up to 25% Travel annually

What You Need for this Position

The candidate profile:

§  Computer Science Degree.

§  Operating Systems – skilled in Unix scripting

§  Knowledge of, or preferably experience with, WebServices, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL

§  Windows/Linux Operating System, Virtual machine configuration and connectivity

§  Knowledge of, or preferably experience with, Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working a SaaS environment

§  Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies

§  An ITIL-V3 knowledge is a plus.

§  Travel Outside Tunisia could be expected.

Skills:

-  Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

-  Strong Analytic and problem-solving skills.

-  Comfortable with mutli-tasking and working in dynamic environment.

-  Disciplined with respect to time management and delivering on commitments.

-  Bilingual in English and French are a must.

-  Must be a team player with good inter-personal skills.
