Required skills and Knowledge
To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion (1.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (2.) TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module/projects and participate in technical discussions/review. (3.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions (4.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. Dispatch and guide the Application Maintenance teams to respect the SLA.
- Proven experience on multicultural environment
- Previous experience on Java Enterprise Application Maintenance leading team.
- Strong commitment on the activities.
- Strong Problem solving approach
- Good French/English/Italian level.
- Strong capapility to manage the stress
