Challenges:

• Lead continuous improvement workshops in the product sections/plant.

• Work actively to deploy lean tool and culture within product sections.

• Conceive and organize lean events and CI animation in the product section.

• Deploy and maintain the Idea management process within the product section.

• Analyze KPIs and be the driven person to define, conceive, coach and support CI activities to achieve targets.

• Train the management team to CI tools.

• Lead 6 sigma green belt projects.

• Contribute in definition and release of lean training modules

Qualifications:

• Graduate/post graduate (University/ Engineering School)

• Process engineering, Lean production, Quality system

• Fluent in English and french

• Mini 2 years experience in: Lean production management or / and Production management or / and Quality system management

• Strong Communication skills and of leadership

Skills:
