Challenges:

• Support local SAP HCM and Shared Service Center project teams in process and user

acceptance tests Being single point of contact for local project teams in all questions of testing

• Track incidents which occur during SAP HCM and Shared Services tests and ensure proper

retesting by local key-users after bug fixing by SAP consultants

• Ensure local testing is aligned with global testing guidelines and compliance rules

• Enrich global test scenarios (derived from our global SAP template) with local content.

• This means the global use cases based on LEONI´s global SAP HCM template must be

individualized with local content (which is the result from process workshops done by local

implementation team)

• Coordinate Support Packages Upgrade

• University degree

• Business Administration, Human Resources, IT or Accounting

• Experience with IT applications and ERP in Administrative, Financial as well as Production

activities is advantageous

• Fluent English and French (written and spoken), German is advantageous

• Excellent analytical and communications skills Strong Customer focus and Service oriented

attitude

• Eager to work in and able to integrate into an international Environment
