RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages the daily operations of the after sales service department
• To carry out daily service and trobleshooting activities.
• Provide advice and on site support pertaining to clients requirements
• Responsible for the attainment of after sales service and parts sales target; attainment of gross profitability goals
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided and timely completion
• Conduct technical training to enable users/customers in optimizing the product performance
• Report to Technical Service Manager
• Update customer complaints log system & prepare monthly failure analysis report
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma in Electronics ( Bachelor )
• Have a good experience in after sales procedure
• Must possess working experience in technical servicing role
• Ready to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Flexible and adaptable in site environment
• Must be prepared for some overseas travelling, when required
• Minimum of knowledge on Electronic and electricity
• English (speak and write)
