Mass Analytics (www.mass-analytics.com) specialises in collecting and analysing data using the latest technology available to assist companies in their strategic decision making.

MASS operates both at the local and international level.

MASS offers two types of services:

·  Marketing Mix Modelling: We help companies understand and evaluate the performance of their marketing mix and measure the return on investment (ROI) from each media channel used and each marketing activity run. The Evaluation phase is then followed by clear recommendations on how best to optimise budgets going forward.

·  Tools Development: We use the latest technology available to develop smart and integrated tools that specialise in organising, querying, charting and analysing several streams of data. Our core product “Modelling MassTer” takes the user through an end to end analysis journey from data loading, to data processing, charting, modelling, optimisation, forecasting and reporting.

Graduation Internship Description:

The Growth Marketing function is at the intersection of marketing and business development, and is focused on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell. He / She works cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers and digital designers to create and execute growth initiatives.

The Growth Manager reports directly to the CEO. The intern is recruited to be trained to become Growth Marketing Manager at the startup at the end of his/her internship.

  • Responsibilities

·  Work with the leadership to establish growth strategies to support the startup

goals.

·  Create a pipeline of prospects, optimise conversion funnel and identify new areas of business diversification.

·  Implement the growth strategy to increase user acquisition and satisfaction

·  Act as the point of contact between MASS Data Scientists and potential clients especially at the very early stages of the sales process.

·  Devise a Digital Marketing Strategy and liaise directly with the digital agency to create, manage, implement and experiment new user acquisition campaigns.

·  Create and discover new channels and strategies to grow the customer database

·  Work with media companies, bloggers and influencers to grow the business.

·  Suggest & Develop key partnerships with the help of the leadership.

·  Install a culture of marketing orientated company and help grow the brand internationally.

This is not a paid internship but a bonus will be paid at the end of the internship upon successful completion of the tasks and a job position will be offered.
