Description de l'annonce:

Bank ABC Tunisia is reinforcing its teams with the recruitment of a Business Analyst. 

Principal Responsibilities: 

  • The focus of the position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
  • To provide strategic business analysis services to business partners and stakeholders.
  • To bridge the gap between IT and all business units to assess processes, determine requirements and provide recommendations.

Job Requirements: 

1.  Knowledge: 

-  Has intermediate to advanced IT background to be able to communicate efficiently with solution architects and development teams.

-  Has capabilities of gathering, consolidating, and documenting in detail all new requirements, changes, and processes enhancements so that business stakeholders, the development team and test teams understand clearly the scope and the expectations.

-  Has the experience in working closely with solution architects, UI/UX designers, product owners, development as well as testing teams.

-  Familiarity with (preferably):

o  Core banking systems.

o  CRM systems.

o  Scrum and agile methodologies.

o  Asset management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

o  Diagraming and modeling tools such as Visio and drawo.io.

2.  Education

-  Bachelor of Computer Science or Information Technology, or related field is required, or equivalent experience.

3.  Experience

-  5+ years’ experience in business analysis and process improvement (Preferably in retail Banking industry).

4.  Personal Attributes

-  Has analytical thinking.

-  Has good presentation and communication skills.

-  Has fair understanding of banking business and systems to quickly understand existing processes and to engage with all stakeholders.

-  Has ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.

-  Has ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

-  Has high level of motivation and self-starting attitude.

-  Has the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
