Description de l'annonce:

-Establish and follow up the industrialization schedule for new projects and modification trains

- Support the production department by avoiding the stoppage of the production line

- Respect the plan of implementation of the changes

- Ensure that design changes are made in the right conditions

- Propose methods and develop tools for new processes (control development and installation monitoring)

- Participate in continuous improvement

- Ensure that the equipment necessary to achieve the objectives established by the site management (Efficiency & Quality)

- Make study and feasibility of changes with the different department (logistics, Lead Prep Engineering, Quality and Production), and ensure communication with the EDS team

- Participate in FMEA new projects, new processes

- Check the check lists related to each process and take action in case of anomalies

- Prepare the documentation for the start of the production of the products (Cutting sheet, BOM, standard times, etc ...) as well as the modifications 

- Develop the skills of his team
