MISSION:

You will report to the local Head of Maintenance Department

Your main tasks are as follows:

• Supervise and train maintenance teams, team leaders and operators,
• Supervise the validation and commissioning installation of equipment and machines belonging to the investment projects that have been assigned
• Ensure compliance with standards and any other requirements necessary to control the safety health of workers and respect for the environment
• Ensure compliance and good application of current standards and procedures
• Plan and manage preventive and curative maintenance interventions
• Ensure the proper functioning of the different units of the plant
• Ensure the control and the follow-up of the projects of continuous improvement of the machines and the equipment
• Manage the stock of spare parts and ensure its proper use.

REQUIREMENTS

You have an engineering Diploma in electro-mechanic or related field from best Tunisian universities. You have proven experience from 5 to 10 years experience in a similar position within an industrial firm ideally in medical devices, pharmaceutical or automotive. You have an excellent command of French and English.

You have good Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues. You have the ability to diagnose faults and to read technical documentation and technical drawing. You have good knowledge of pneumatics and the basics of hydraulics. You have the ability to program PLC controllers.

You have a good command of the tools of continuous improvement (5S, QRQC, KANBAN ...).
