We are currently looking for a person for the position:
Maintenance Manager
Place of work: Sousse- Tunisia
Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:
Degree in electrical, industrial, mechanical engineering or equivalent
Proven experience as a maintenance manager.
Very good experience in planning maintenance operations
Very good technical expertise in electricity and mechanics
Very good leadership skills.
Good interpersonal skills
High flexibility.
Very good problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Very good organizational skills
Teamwork
Very good skills in spare parts management
Computer Knowledge: MS Office, GMAO, CATS, PDM, SAP
Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance procedures on electrical, mechanical and building equipment and ensure implementation
Ensure spare parts availability
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Establish preventive maintenance planning and ensure its execution.
Define and implements autonomous maintenance work instructions
Calibrate and repair machines according procedures.
Carry out regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve the issues.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
Supervise the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures.
Responsible for maintenance audits and related action plans
Support the implementation of the GMAO and use it efficiently
Develop the maintenance team (training, skill matrix,…)
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Monitor expenses and control the budget of maintenance
Manage relationship with contractors and service providers
Ensure compliance with health and safety policy.
