Challenges :

• Supports the Shift leader by controlling the working places after the previous shift and reports the detected problems/non-conformities to the shift leader,

• Provides necessary information to shift leader with regard to team (e.g. absence, missing personnel)

• Organizes and moderates team meetings

• Motivates team to target achievement and daily tasks

• Promotes communication between team members to promote team spirit

• Prepares and updates visualization material and respective documentation for LPSplus team board

• Supports Problem-solving (e.g. production bottlenecks, conflict management etc.) and ensures escalation to shift leader

• Facilitates exchange of experience with the team members

• Supports Training Team in training measures (e.g. training on the job, re-qualification, refreshment-training,

  etc.)

Qualifications :

• Level of education: 4 ème secondaire NR 7 ème secondaire AR

• Work experience: 3 à 4 ans d'éxperiences dans la production de cablage
