Turkish Cuisine looking for a restaurant Manager

Min 4-years experiences in restaurant business.

Lives in Aouina area is a plus or nearby

English language is a plus

Managing daily operations of restaurant, purchase, service, cleaning, kitchen, reports;

1.Role

Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. Ensuring efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintaining high production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. 

The restaurant manager is responsible for the highest level of management and reports to brand headquarter 

2.Responsibilities

·Creating, leading, coaching and developing a team to achieve the strategic objectives of the company and exceeding planned profitability and efficiency 

·Create and share monthly reports (e.g. P&L, HR reports) 

·Stok control and taking measures to reduce wastage

·Initiating, developing and maintaining partnerships with suppliers/vendors

·Ensuring Uniform and grooming standards are in place 

·Providing the necessary information with the all departments and coordinating a good communication system in between the service personnel and the kitchen personnel

·Assess business needs and develop attainable goals for revenue generation

·Implementing health and safety regulations and ensuring all adhered to

·Streamline business processes and reduce costs 

·Following the restaurant opening / closing procedures

·Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of the payments and reports

·Examine marketing strategies and create innovative and effective strategies and participating with all the marketing and media activities

·Taking necessary precautions for the restaurant security

·Providing hygiene and cleaning standards and procedures, ensuring all have been followed and making necessary checks

·Dealing and solving with guest requests and complaints and taking necessary measures to avoid future complaints 

·Implementing all legal requirements 

·Developing and maintaining productive client relationships
