Mission:

 

Within ODDO BHF Tunis, you will join the BAI (Business Application Integration = Projects) division of the team of Applicative Production composed of 20 people spread between Paris and Tunis. You will be asked to administer and operate the Group's applications, with the objective of quality, productivity and of security.

·  Support:

-  Level 2/3 Contact person for Group employees for any questions relating to applications

-  Relay to Software editors when the answer to a question is not held locally

·  Daily Operations

-  Installation of updates and new resources, in the Integration, simulation and production environments

-  Industrialization of treatments: development of Jobs via our 'BMC Control' scheduler

-  Treatment of incidents or anomalies reported by the N1: diagnosis of the incident, identification, formulation and follow-up of its resolution

-  Maintaining of the knowledge database

-  Documentation of operating procedures

-  Permanent inventory and technical documentation of applications

-  Project management

·  Maintenance and Security:

-  Monitoring backups and archives

-  Performance audit

-  Implementation, documentation, testing of solutions as part of the IT backup plan

Profile:

-  University degree or engineering school with at least 2 years of experience in IT Operations

-  Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems, Nagios monitoring tool Centreon, IIS, TOMCAT, flow management: CFT / SFTP / MQSERIES / SWIFT

-  Experience in BMC Control-M workload automation or any other job scheduling system

-  You have an ideal first experience in project management

-  You are autonomous, curious, flexible, and proactive

-  Sense of confidentiality, rigor and ability to handle urgent situations that are essential

Skills:

-  You are approachable, have a very good relationship and a good spirit of team

-  Very good English written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus

-  Good communication, strong team spirit, focus on quality
