Position Purpose (Ref Benchmark Job) : |
• Manage the support of applications development and business solutions • Manage the SAP CEP support and liaise between business teams and external SAP functional and technical consultants to achieve changes and improvements in business processes (Comop’s) |
Requirements: Education and Experience: |
University Degree • At least 3 years analysis, design, and development experience • SAP basis knowledge and proven experience (certification is an asset) |

Key individual accountabilities: |
• Managing development trainees especially for local and minor developments • Manage application development projects not related to SAP whether internally or externally resourced including: Ø Analysis, design, and development Ø Manage the external resources (If any) Ø Enforce proper documentation Ø Testing and Sign off deliverables with the customer Ø Manage external support • Principal Coordinator with the various local quality representatives (AI, ComOps and Distribution) |
Key shared accountabilities: |
• Managing SAP global support activities (Comop’s). • Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all system computerized. • Support any modification, improvement or change in SAP processes in all modules • Analysis, follow up the development and testing of any cross application components within our SAP environment and interfaces between SAP and other applications • Develop user authorizations and access procedures • Provide SAP basis related support to SAP users • Support SAP CEP as level 1 • Ensure proper documentation is in place • Supervision of development trainees especially for local and minor developments Other responsibilities: • Respect of Company’s Values, Financial code of Ethics, code of Ethics and Social Charter • Respect the personal data protection charter • Responsible for assessing the risk of their domain of responsibility • Perform other duties as assigned |
