We are looking for :

Head of Purchasing

Missions :

 * Define and implement the company's purchasing policy with cost reduction objectives.

* Procure purchase and supplies of raw materials, products, furniture, equipment and services in accordance with deadlines, quality and costs

* Analyze and process the purchase request received by the internal client

* Prospect, assess and select new suppliers and negotiate supply agreement when its applicable

* Evaluate all the supplier for each purchasing

Exigences : 

* 5 years experiences at least with a known company

* Priority management

* Argument and convince

* Purchase and supply optimization

* Budgeting

* Use of word/excel

* Good english
