IT Senior Service Support

Looking for new technology challenges? What about working on a multinational company leader on the web-to-print market? We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team!

You can be a key IT support leader, supporting company’s processes, hardware and software setup, troubleshooting and overall technology improvements on our Tunis office.

You will partner with other Technology teams in Pixartprinting to find common strategies to support our teams and to provide an impressive service to our customers. 

The main activities are (but not limited):

·  Partner with Pixartprinting’s Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams to setup and support Tunis infrastructure and our users hardware and software

·  Users and Desktop support, including all the activities around it: Active Directory, Anti-virus, Software applications, etc…

·  Troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues

·  Provide support on any technology related incident that impacts our Tunis office, identifying mitigation or resolution actions and managing scalations when needed

·  Interact with local hardware vendors as well as service providers

·  Implement and control information technology policies

·  Manage and document software licenses and hardware support contracts

Skills required

·  Excellent communication skills. Capacity to transmit technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders as well as to partner with Pixartprinting teams located on remote locations

·  Troubleshooting e Problem solving skills
