Job Summary

Business developer (Sales Coordinators) are usually the frontline troops and representatives of a company, engaging with both clients and potential partners creating leads and closing deals and are essential for any company's growth and sustainability; since without sales all companies are doomed.


Tasks & Responsibilities

1- Creating Sales Material

2- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

3- Planning and preparing for sales and marketing events as per

4- Sales Forecasts presentation

5- Constant Analysis of sales status and developing methods to develop the function

6-Identifying emerging or opportunity markets and planning for their penetration

7- Attends meetings to stay updated on the latest developments with the products; old & new ones

8- Build productive trust relationships with customers

9-Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, add/removing course to the available products range, Marketing & Quality development suggestions etc.)




Qualifications & Requirements

1- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Marketing and social marketing

2- Strong communication and presentation and sales skill set.

3-Proficient in verbal and written English language

4- Experience and Knowledge in sales tactics and strategies.

5- Knowledge of the Tunisian physical and online Market and current technological trends in the country.

6- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

7- Customer service focus

8- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

9-Proficiency in Google Docs programs: Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.

10- Proficient Time management Skills

11- Knowledge and experience in analytics and presentation and their representative tools.
