Your main tasks are:

•Identifies risk, analyses them, elevates to the correct level of management, suggests corrective actions, verifies closure of open issues
• Analyses any product non conformities in order to solve issues
• Coordinates the disposition and hold of all suspect product
• Updates Control Plans and ensures that quality planning documentation is always updated
• Implements statistical controls in processes as applicable
• Actively involved in Zero Defects workshops
• Actively involved in PFMEA update
• Determines root cause for products, processes and materials that do not meet standards.
• Leads Problem Resolution Cross Functional team using the 8D-process.

Graduation and job experience:

• New graduate from engineer school in technical field (automatism, electronic, electrical, mechanical, industrial)

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage projects and teams.
• Strong presentation, communication, group facilitation, conflict management, and training skills.
• Must be detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with 8D problem solving tools/methods to Automotive standards desired
• Good organizational skills, with a logical approach to problem solving, good time management and task prioritization skills
• Proficiency of quality document tools such as 6 sigma, Control plan, FMEA desired
• Dedicated and able to work with minimum supervisionLanguage:

• Fluent English & French
• German is desired
