"EasyMovie Tunisie" is looking to hire a "Customer Service Support Officer" in Tunis.

Task are : 

  • To interact with customers via Phone , emails, conference-calls.
  • To deal with our Worldwide Customers questions (Technical assistance, information..) in regarding to our mobile App and Web Plateform.
  • Recording customers interactions, details of inquiries, complaints.
  • To Provide support information internally and to participate acively in the internal communication.
  • To escalate the complicated issues to level 2 to the dedicated in-house team.

Profile required : 

  • French and English are a must (Spoken and Written).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Customer Service Officer / Help Desk: Ideally within an International company / Multinational.
  • Pro-active, organised and flexible.
  • Excellent communications skills.
