Assist the Indirect Recruitment Team Lead

Develop, update testing tools for recruitment and improve them in case of need.

Control, maintain and update Direct Recruitment plan/Dashboards/Evaluation grids and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.

Coordinate Recruitment planning process.

Establishs and maintains files and records on an ongoing basis.

Generate recruitment related reports

Identify suitable recruitment channel for company

Search workforce market

Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.

Meet walk-in applicants, collecs and assess CVs.

Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.

Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to Internal Customers.

Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.

Forward collected CVs to the concerned Internal Customers for evaluation and interviews.
