Front End / Back End / Full Stack Engineer

Sentinel Data is a software company, based in Tunisia, developing the next generation of AI-powered technologies that change how the pharmaceutical industries explore and interact with sales and promotional data. Our products are cloud-based and need to handle information at massive scale, be highly available and resilient to failures.

We're looking for a Full Stack engineer with a focus on UI/UX development. On a regular basis, you are trusted to drive front-end development standards and work to, continually, enhance customer-facing features. Also, you are responsible for identifying opportunities for enhanced UX, developing innovative design solutions based on these observations, and delivering high-quality prototypes.

Keep in mind, we need our engineers to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems across the full-stack as we continue to push technology forward. 

Requirements:

● Design, implement, and unit test both frontend and backend application code.

● Participate in the full software development cycle (Agile), including meetings, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.

● Work with business analysts to understand and implement complex business functionality while delivering project assignments on time.

● Stay current with the newest online technologies; research new technologies and make recommendations on implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:

 Engineering degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience (Junior are also welcome).

 Experience with:

o HTML5, ES6, and CSS, EmberJS, AngularJS or React,

o Angular

o Python,

o Java / J2EE / WebAPI 2.0,

Preferred Qualifications:

● Knowledge of the software design/architecture process.

● Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technology such as AWS or/and Google Cloud.

● Ability to explain complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.

● Ability to develop new design and code.

● Ability to solve any challenges in the frontend and to provide creative solutions to these challenges.

● Practical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
