Sentinel Data is a software company, based in Tunisia, developing the next generation of AI-powered technologies that change how the pharmaceutical industries explore and interact with sales and promotional data. Our products are cloud-based and need to handle information at massive scale, be highly available and resilient to failures.

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer/ Analyst to join our team! As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will collaborate with all teams’ members (locally and remotely) of our company. You will have access to in-depth knowledge to maximize data quality, insights, proficiency and productivity with our products and services to both our Customers and Partners. With the experience gained through this job you will be able to develop an internal career path and grow within the company.

On a regular basis, you are trusted to drive front-end development standards and work to, continually, enhance customer-facing features. Also, you are responsible for identifying opportunities for enhanced Data quality and root causes analysis, developing innovative analysis and reporting based on these observations, and delivering high-quality data dashboards and outcome.

Keep in mind, we need our business intelligence engineers and Data analysts to be versatile, display leadership qualities and be enthusiastic to take on new problems, identify innovative ways and insights that strengthen our Customers and Partners competitive advantages.

Requirements:

 Collaborate with Customers and partners to understand and implement complex business functionality, reporting and dashboards while delivering project assignments on time.

 Participate in the full software development cycle (Agile)

 Lead the entire (Big) Data Lifecycle management and governance

 Articulately and concisely explain the implications of complex data

 Develop, utilize and improve dashboards effectively with close loop feedback with our Partners and Customers with a continuous data and processes improvements.

 Make data-driven analysis, decisions and recommendations

 Stay current with the newest BI technologies and make recommendations on implementations.

 Analyze business processes and requirements and Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions

 Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals

 Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations

Minimum Qualifications:

 Engineering degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience

 Knowledge of Data Analytics, business intelligence, data reporting and AI

 Knowledge of the software design/architecture process

 Knowledge in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

 Knowledge in Technology such as Power BI, front Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

 Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team

 Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

 Knowledge of cloud infrastructure technology such as AWS or/and Google Cloud.

 Ability to explain complex technical challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Ability to develop new design and code.

 Ability to solve any challenges in the frontend and to provide creative solutions to these challenges.

 Practical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
