Role & Responsibilities
Weekly Report to RHQ (LPS Team)
Analyzing all weekly KPIs (Inbound, Stock, Outbound, Costs …) and reporting to RHQ
Follow-up of failure reasons & counter measure & improvement plan
Reporting of on-going Logistic Projects (AEO, Direct Contracts, BC Sales, Scrap…)
Logistic Costs
Analyzing all Logistic Costs
Making sure of Invoices sent by EDI & avoiding errors and delays
Making sure of Same Month Posting & LCC Usage
Reporting of Logistic Costs Increasing / Decreasing & Providing reasons for that (to CFO & RHQ)
BMDA Follow-up
Submitting all BMDA Invoices on EP
Reporting of BMDA Payment Status to CFO & HODs
Follow -up of BMDA advances
Inbound Team Leader
Supporting Inbound Team with 3PLs in case of escalation
Monitoring KPIs
Helping Inbound Team if needed (peak season, end of months)
Managing Customs Posting if needed
Managing Insurance Follow-up if needed
Support Warehousing & Outbound
Monitoring BC Sales monthly basis
Monitoring KPIs
Helping Outbound & Warehousing Teams if needed (peak season, end of months)
Managing communications with 3PLs Top Management
Logistics Project Leader
Taking in charge all Logistics Projects (AEO, Direct contracts, Cost Saving...)
Managing Biddings for Logistics Operations
Insurance Follow-up
Monitoring inbound damages received in our Warehouse
Following-up with insurance company
Posting checks on our system
Very good level in English
