HR House International recruits on behalf of one of its customers operating in the electronics sector a :
Sales Manager (M/F)
Main missions:
· Making overall strategies for the growth of business along with the MD following the Global Company Vision.
· Gathers performance data to prepare future plans
· Develop a regional sales force
· Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the team
· Decide on product pricing, Promotions, Marketing compaigns and negotiate product mix by channel
Profile:
Master or bachelor degree, you have at least 5 experience in sales management on electronic fields
French and english are a must
