Créé début 2009 afin d’accompagner le développement du Groupe Oddo BHF, Oddo Tunis emploie aujourd’hui une centaine de collaborateurs exerçant dans deux domaines principaux : l’analyse financière ainsi que la production et le développement informatique.

L’équipe d’analyse financière est au cœur du bureau d'études du Groupe Oddo BHF. Cette équipe de 20 analystes, à l’origine de la création de la filiale Oddo Tunis, est le seul bureau d’études qui couvre des valeurs internationales depuis le Maghreb. Elle apporte ainsi sa contribution à la couverture de près de 300 sociétés européennes cotées.

L’équipe de gestion de projets informatiques de Tunis est un critère de différenciation et d’excellence fort pour Oddo BHF. En charge du développement des projets majeurs du Groupe, ses 70 collaborateurs font l’acquisition de compétences à la fois techniques et fonctionnelles dans le secteur financier, sur des projets d’envergure.

Mission :

We are looking to implement an enterprise Identity & Access Management program for the ODDO BHF GROUP. Our IAM Tool is from the vendor One Identity.  As a result, we need an experienced individual to help us plan and implement the various phases of this program. You will work with senior management to define a clear vision and will then be responsible for the implementation of that vision in your team with close collaboration with the project manager in Frankfurt and his local Team there.

Job Description:

·  Develop skills in the used standard tool (training will be ensured)

·  Connect applications to the IAM platform for access right management

·  Provide reports to auditors and management by customizing standard reports and implementing new reports

·  Implement approval and automatization workflows

·  Develop innovative front ends using a GUI editor

·  Share new ideas in the team

·  Close collaboration in an international team (Germany, France, Tunisia)

·  Perform developer and integration tests

·  Documentation

·  Coordination with project manager in Germany and the application owners

Profile:

·  Computer Science Engineer

·  5+ year of experience in development Web Application End-To-End.

·  First experience in leading teams

·  Good development knowledge – Ideally VB.NET, Web Services (SOAP/REST/RESTful APIs), Shell programming/scripting, PowerShell; SQL Queries, SQL Functions;

·  Strong technical awareness across related technologies – e.g. Database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle), LDAP, Active Directory, Web Application Servers, Enterprise Applications;

·  Good working knowledge of various provisioning, authentication and authorization technologies and standards – primarily LDAP/AD

·  Good working knowledge in Unix, Windows and Databases as it pertains to implementing or integrating with an IAM solution

·  Very Good English written and verbal communication skills, German is a plus

·  Interest in Identity and Access Management Sector

·  Good communication, strong team spirit, focus on quality, taking team and project responsibilities

 Nice to have:

·  Graphical process modelling/implementation

·  Web development using GUI tools

·  Experience in Identity and Access Management Sector, preferably in financial industries

·  Experience with one IAM tool, preferably One Identity Manager (IDM)
