Cpl Jobs recrute pour une multinationale dans le secteur pétrolier un TAX LEAD: 

Missions: 

Revise the Tax provision policy in case of changes

•  Legal entities rationalization (anticipate to deregistration of the dormant entities)

•  Reviews Monthly Tax Worksheet

•  Review the Quarterly FP8 and assess the risks

•  Reviews the Monthly & Quarterly  tax returns  in compliance with local regulations for all entities

•  Reviews and files of Annual fiscal accounts, tax returns, tax payments & social security returns in compliance with local regulations for all entities.

•  Reviews employee related withholdings and tax related issues / Booking of IS Payroll

•  Reviews of client bids and client contracts/ Suppliers Contracts

•  Monitoring  local tax audits.

•  Monitoring Statutory Audits

•  Reviews Intercompany/ Third Party & local Withholding Tax if is applicable

•  Reviews Client Withholding Tax Reconciliation & collect related certificates

•  Collects & Files Client VAT Fiscal Pos Return

•  Provides &  Files Suppliers Fiscal Pos Return
