The role of a Plant Employee Empowerment Coordinator is to coordinate the implementation of Employee Empowerment in the following areas: organization, management of performance and development of autonomous teams.
The main missions of the role are to:
- Act as EE reference in the plant regarding the 7 EE basics
- Provide plant with EE standards
- Support management in the building and deployment of plant EE strategy
- Conduct workshops
- Act as site communication correspondant
- Oversee and develop company recognition and social programs
- Oversee and develop company development guide for Supervisor and gap leaders
- Follow requirements established in STEA Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO IATF
Exigences de l'emploi
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor's Degree with a specialization in HR / Psychologie
- Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office
- English required
