The Credit Risk Reporting Officer within the Credit Risk Department is responsible for the production of periodic credit risk reports, which are used by Credit Risk Management to monitor and manage the bank’s risks.
The Credit Risk Reporting Officer produces periodic reports that are distributed to internal and external parties including regulator.
The candidate will be in charge of major deliverables within the risk department, including the enhancement of the infrastructure for reporting risk and ensuring full compliance with regulatory expectations.
The Credit Risk Reporting Officer is responsible for:
- Supporting risk management for ongoing reporting of credit risk exposures, as well as ad-hoc analyses
- Analyzing credit exposures and alerting risk management for significant movements
- Developing customized risk reports
- Analyzing large amounts of data
- Enhancing the reporting capabilities of the risk department and ensuring data accuracy
- Building working relationships with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Information Technology, Group risk functions, and business teams.
Required Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Master/ Bachelor degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems or other quantitative majors
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of credit risk and financial products a plus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work and solve problems independently, and be able to work in a deadline oriented environment
- Team player who can work well with colleagues of various backgrounds
