ADP, a Nasdaq listed company, 9,000 customers in France, a world leader and specialist in payroll services and outsourced HR process management, is looking for payroll managers, and you propose to integrate a Customer Service team to make the most of your payroll / declarative skills.

You will be responsible for producing monthly payrolls in compliance with the social legislation of one or more accounts, or a perimeter of a large account. You will need to ensure the quality of our services and control in the respect of the Customer / ADP processes defined contractually.

Your main missions will be:

  • Prepare, count and prepare pay slips each month.
  • Ensure the application of social rules, collective agreements and especially legislation.
  • Provide post-payroll analysis and associated processing.
  • Answering customers’ questions about payroll
  • Prepare and establish end-of-year statements for client’s annual returns.

BASIC SKILLS
Knowledge (knowledge):

  • Perfect mastery of French, both orally and in writing,
  • Human Resources, Accountant, Finance and / or IT training, minimum Bac +3 level,
  • Mastery of Windows office tools,
  • Ability to manage data in large numbers and integrate into a team,
  • Know-how (tools):
  • Standard office tools: Word, Excel (mastering calculation formulas)
