For our showroom JAQUAR World Sousse and in collaboration with our partner JAQUAR Group, the company 4C is hiring :

JW – SALES AND DESIGN CONSULTANTS.

ROLE.

·  In-store customer experience.

·  Maximize customer conversions – reach a level of 60 % plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

·  To meet the B.P allotted to the consultant.

·  To establish personal rapport with customers.

·  Customer discovery.

·  Maximizing customer engagement appropriately within the store.

·  Customer advise on bathrooms that best match their requirements.

·  Submission of offers, proposals, PI’s as per the customer requirements in terms of timelines, preferably within 1 working day and submitting as per JW procedure.

·  Adhering to the pricing, discount and commercial terms of JW.

·  Exposing the customers to Jaquar World customer care personnel and concept.

·  Upselling and closing the deal.

·  Ensuring compliance and honoring commitments before taking them and sharing them with the customer – never over-commit.

·  Ensuring meeting all commitments taken with respect to deliveries and other aspects.

·  Taking ownership for the upkeep of the showroom and compliance to standards manual.

·  Ensure that workstations are kept clean and tidy always.

·  Ensure handouts and gifts to customers as per policy and requirements.

·  Receiving the customer and exiting the customer as per JW procedure.

·  Outdoor sales and marketing visits as deemed necessary to maximize the JW business and meet personal goals.
