Créé début 2009 afin d’accompagner le développement du Groupe Oddo BHF, Oddo Tunis emploie aujourd’hui une centaine de collaborateurs exerçant dans deux domaines principaux : l’analyse financière ainsi que la production et le développement informatique.
L’équipe d’analyse financière est au cœur du bureau d'études du Groupe Oddo BHF. Cette équipe de 20 analystes, à l’origine de la création de la filiale Oddo Tunis, est le seul bureau d’études qui couvre des valeurs internationales depuis le Maghreb. Elle apporte ainsi sa contribution à la couverture de près de 300 sociétés européennes cotées.
L’équipe de gestion de projets informatiques de Tunis est un critère de différenciation et d’excellence fort pour Oddo BHF. En charge du développement des projets majeurs du Groupe, ses 70 collaborateurs font l’acquisition de compétences à la fois techniques et fonctionnelles dans le secteur financier, sur des projets d’envergure.

Mission:
The ODDO BHF Group establishes a new international IT governance framework. A control team will be set up for the Tunis location. The task of the team is to carry out, document and report on the effectiveness of the IT general controls carried out. He will become part of the database team who support all the database.
Reporting to the head of the IT Governance Controls team, he will oversee the following tasks:
1. IT Internal Control :
· Maintain the IT governance framework regarding policies, processes and controls
· Control the performed IT general controls within the IT department as a 2nd LoD
· Identify process and control improvements
· Report the level of effectiveness of performed controls to the IT Management
2. IT Audit Support (Functional role):
· Support on IT audits covering ODDO BHF Group
3. Software Asset Management (Functional role):
· Maintain the inventory and control the license usage of third party vendor software
· Participate in CMDB updates: control the completeness of the software assets, work with IT to identify their different stakeholders
Profile:
Ø Must have:
· Successfully completed studies (computer science, mathematics or physics)
· Knowledge in COBIT and IT security standards like ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST
· ISACA certifications are an advantage
· Analytical, conceptual, team-oriented and communicative skills
· Assertiveness, as well as a high degree of commitment and initiative
· Willingness to travel and flexibility
· Very good knowledge of English and French
· German language skills are an advantage
