Description de l'emploi : 

Support the marketing department by identifying and maintaining relationships with major and key suppliers.

Identify opportunities to improve the overall quality and delivery of products and services for the marketing department.

Ensure inclusion of the appropriate suppliers in the right opportunities for the maximum benefit.

Support the marketing department, perform cost and scenario analysis and  benchmarking.

Protectively engage in marketing and branding planning so that supplier selection and procurement strategies are articulated early enough to ensure cost savings and delivery in time.

Rationalize marketing spend and establish marketing preferred supplier list.

Marketing budget management.

Stock, inventory management and follow up.

May perform other duties as needed to drive organizational success.


Exigences de l'emploi : 

Bachelor in marketing, Finance or supply chain management.

Experience with marketing, media agencies, Branding, Graphism and advertising.

Good command of English.

Proficient in M/S office.

Diligent and meticulous.

In depth understanding of marketing procurement spend.

Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.

Faculty and capability for negotiation and networking.

Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures.

Strong interpersonal, written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels, including senior management.
