Job Description :

•  Responsible for whole database such as : opening the data and the reports from the retail system.

•  Produce and manage all sales data required for the business.

•  Control stock levels based on forecasts for the season.

•  Ensure best sellers are absolutely maximized and highlight for the worst sellers for talking the action.

•  Manage and monitor stocks with the merchandising team in and out of the warehouse.

•  Work closely with the warehouse side of the business to ensure smooth and accurate deliveries into our stores.

•  Follow up with the stores all feedback from customer and increase the customer service performance.

•  Generating agreed periodical product sales and stock reports.

•  Handle pushing the shopping online products and social media.

Requirements :

•  To be a team player and enjoy working closely with people in all areas of the business including those in stores, office, warehouse and the Directors.

•  Highly organized and have exceptional attention to detail.

•  Highly numerate.

•  Have strong Excel skills.

•  Have an analytical eye; be able to identify trends in data and react accordingly.

•  Have the ability to work on retail and stock management systems.

•  Experience in Business Objects would be a great advantage.

•  Preferable if he has little retail experience 

Language : Arabic – Fresh – English.
