Your Work Falls Into Three Primary Categories

Leadership

• Mentor a team of developers in defining flexible and resilient solutions using modern approaches for delivery (Agile, Cloud, etc.)

• Be a role model and technical mentor to the mid-level and junior developers, nurturing a collaborative, open minded, and technology savvy team.

Technical Lead

• Design software solutions using a custom designed solutions that leverage enterprise software applications using the MEAN Stack and blockchain.

• Leverage a deep knowledge and experience in designing for and implementing solutions in the cloud based (AWS, Azure, Google)

• Provide guidance on technical application delivery to multiple projects.

• Participate in Requirements Analysis; design Applications based on System Requirements and Architecture, prototype, develop, unit test and deploy applications

Change Agent

• Champion technology and tools change that improve delivery processes.

• Act as an agent for change regarding new technologies and tools, promote top code quality by leading design and code reviews, and solve challenging issues related to performance tuning and scalability.

• 3-5 years of experience engineering solutions

• 1-2 years leading modernized development teams

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.

• Experience with integration technology patterns and platforms such as Web Services and REST API with related technologies like XML and JSON

• In depth experience designing solutions that are: Secure, Resilient, Scalable, Transformative

• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, independent, and works with minimal direction.

• Strong understanding and implementation of tried and true as well as modern design patterns and architectural principles.
