An Automotive multinational company based in Sousse region is looking for a Production engineer:

Main tasks: 

Work with operation manager to implement the company's policies and goals;

 Oversee the production process, help drawing up a production schedule;

 Ensure that the production is cost effective;

 Decide what resources are required;

 Estimate costs and maintain the quality standards;

 Monitor the production processes and help in adjustment  schedules when needed;

 Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;

 Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;

Liaise among different product groups and department namely engineering, quality, and production

Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;

Review worker performance;

 You'll be involved in the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage for all the product groups. A large part of the job is dealing with Middle management staff.

Specifications:

Mechanic or Mechatronic  engineer,

·5-7 years proven experience in production field within multinational company .

·  Ability to manage a team.

·  Leadership skills.

·  Fluent English
