Challenges :

• Ensures all tools, equipment and software is available for board manufacturing workshop

• Records all the orders to his/her department and ensure timely closure

• Monitors and ensures planned and unplanned maintenance is performed on board manufacturing workshop equipment (internal or external)

• Supports in planning investments budget for assembly boards (additional and replacements) and PPE machineries

• Supports the sourcing and selection of suppliers, according to LEONI standardization rules and the release process with the coordination of PPE Central Function

• Supports Purchasing in supplier negotiations and supplier development

• Offers support in the development and improvement of Process Technology related procedures

• Coordinates construction and modification of assembly boards, internal or by external suppliers according to requirements (standards)

• Coordinates design and building of assembly modules supports, pegs (metal work) for assembly boards, internal or external

• Coordinates activities for transfer of production equipment between LEONI sites under supervision of Equipment Management Central Function

• Performs the backup for board manufacturing programs and documentation

• Suggests improvements for assembly boards and test boards design

• Is responsible for continuously optimization of spare parts stock level related to his/her department

Qualifications :

• Level of education : engineer

• Work experience : 5 years

• Leadership experience : 2 years
