Job description:

The role as a re-distribution manager is to organise the storage and distribution of goods. He will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost. You may also be involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods.

His primary focus in the allocated market will be the following:

•Co-ordinate and provide support to Jaquar partner in preparing quotations

•Co-ordinate and provide support to Jaquar partner in setting up all required JDS Concessions in Tunisia

•Appointing sub-dealers in various markets in Tunisia and develop the re--distribution segment

•Set-up Jaguar Display systems in all major markets in Tunisia, identify partners and roll out operations

•Work the Re-distribution segment of Tunisia and firm up the strategy jointly with the Area Manager

•Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals

•Conduct trainings to dealers' team members as needed

•Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries

•Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

•Develop distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets

•Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

•Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions

•Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs

•Assist in inventory management activities in distribution centres3

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

Having experience in selling construction products and planning sell strategy at least 2-4 years (applicants who have experiences in selling of relevant construction material to project site or designer would be favoured )

Requirements:

Ability to analyse sales leads and determine fit, function and lifetime value Frequent travel required 

Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and CRM

Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.

Able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization.
