Missions:
Makes recommendation for the Technologistse qualification
Monitors the Technologistse workload and makes recommendation for necessary actions
Monitors the traceability of ordered equipment and takes necessary actions
Monitors the availability of equipment in market place
Monitors the validation of the material configuration sent for quality approval
Monitors correctness and adherence to the plan of equipment/tools commissioning and takes necessary actions
Ensures support: For the pre-release, first and technical release driven by PPE Central Function /As a process expert for setup and review of Process FMEAs/ For the implementation of standard working place/For the determination of short term solutions as alternatives for movement of processes on different tools and equipment/ In project implementation, change management and task force teams/ In planning of investments budget for production equipment (additional and replacements) and PPE machineries/ The sourcing and selection of suppliers, according to LEONI standardization rules and the release process with the coordination of PPE
Central Function/ For Non Production Purchasing in supplier negotiations/ In the development and improvement of Process Technology related procedures
Selects the optimum/ adequate equipment for specific processes according to standards set by PPE Central Function
Centralizes documentation for equipment ordering and sends it to Purchasing (initiates order)
Centralizes samples from requester and send package to equipment suppliers for the acquisition of production equipment
Manages the list of open points from equipment commissioning and pre-releases
Plans and coordinates activities for installation of production equipment e Coordinates and performs activities for commissioning of standard production equipment in close relations with the other departments
Coordinates and performs activities to launch into production new material configuration on production equipment
Performs activities in order to establish parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introduction (Change Management & Project Management)
Initiates requirement for development of new production equipment to PPE Central Function
Performs activities in order to establish and documents in local work instructions machine operating method
Performs training to relevant personnel on operation methods for production equipment
Improves the process technologies for scrap reduction and output and efficiency increase under supervision
of PPE Central Function
Provides regular reports to the relevant PPE Team Leader
Provides feedback related to equipment order, installation and commissioning to clients (internal departments)
Performs technical analyses for customer complains
Performs activities for identification of root causes of process disturbances and searches for solutions
Qualification:
Level of education: Engineer
Branch of study: Electric, Elecromecanic, Mecanic, Mecatronic or similar
Work experience : 3 years
