• Ensures local planning for department services, goals, capacity, budgets andcoordination of specific subject areas

• Represents his/her subject externally and internally

• Supports creation and release of department internal instructions Manages specific know-how

• Supports and ensures optimization and standardization of new and existing processes

• Proposes and assesses solutions for deviations and escalates according to defined escalation paths

• Ensures accurate and efficient Production Control process

• Coordinates the Master Production Schedule (MPS) activities

• Provides all the necessary local information to BU for Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP)

• Ensures that the deliveries are done on time in full, respecting customer demand and at the lowest cost level

• Supports the management of customer relationship (understanding demand, delivery plan, recovery plan, red alert, PDCA for customer complaint)

• Ensures accuracy of parameters and inventories in the system for Finished Goods (FG)

• Ensures accurate and efficient production scheduling process for customer satisfaction,respecting defined FG inventory policy and minimizing the risk of production of obsolete stock.

• Tracks FG excess stock and takes necessary actions to reduce it Takes over the Responsibility of System key user


• Highest level of education: University Degree

• Studies / branch of study / degree: Commercial with main emphasis on logistics and Materials Management and control/logistics economic diploma /engeneering diploma/ logistics diploma

• Work experience: min 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain
