We are recuiting for a multinational Group among the first suppliers of industrial equipments
Human Resources Manager
Main responsibilities are:
- Communicate regularly with all levels at business unit
- Serve as a link between management and employees by
handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping
resolve work-related problems
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance
management systems and recreation programs
- Represent site needs to management for proper support
and engagement in site effort
- Ensure HR work processes and supporting communication
in and between specialist and generalist roles performs in an efficient,
effective manner
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and
select applicants together with hiring managers
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster
positive attitude toward organizational objectives
- Plan, organize, direct, control and/or coordinate the
personnel, training, or labor relations activities
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing
with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering
disciplinary procedures
- Represent organization at personnel-related hearings
and investigations
- Member of the Africa Middle
East management team
- Coordinate with Group HR for all Group projects that need local implementation and coordination (HRIS, LMS, IDD, values deployment, etc..)

- Good knowledge in personnel recruitment, selection,
training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation,
performance management and personnel information systems are required
- Good communication skills in English is required
- Experience in a multinational environment is required
- Strong sense of business ethics, integrity,
confidentiality, sensitivity, self-discipline, job ownership and accountability
are required
- Good skills on active listening, logic & critical
thinking, judgment and decision making, complex problem solving, time
management, and good team spirit are required.

Education and Experience
- Leader of Human resources in B to B business if
possible in a similar industry in a managerial position
- In depth knowledge of personnel policies and
employment legislation.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Human
Resources, or Business Administration is preferred
- 3-4 years (shouldn’t
it be a bit more i.e. 5-7 years) working experience in HR overall
function
