As Performance Improvement Senior Consultant, you'll build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers. You'll be part of teams leading presentations and proposals for moderately complex projects.

Drawing on your skills and experience, you'll support the creation of innovative commercial insights for clients.  You'll execute engagements in accordance with the professional methodologies, guidance and professional standards. In addition, you'll package overall project findings into clear, concise, high-quality work products.

As a respected professional, you'll communicate effectively with EY engagement managers and colleagues and work to shape high-performing teams. You'll also work with clients and ensure highest levels of quality and professionalism in line with the assignment scope.

Client responsibilities

Participate in Business/IT Transformation engagements:

·  Support clients build their Business/IT Transformation strategy

  • Assist manager in designing future operating models and building business cases
  • Assist customers assessing their organizational structure and perform benchmarks
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of functional enterprise processes and support process reengineering projects
  • Take part  in  IT system selection ( design of specifications and terms of reference)
  • Support the implementation phase of transformation engagements: organization and process design, test management, migration process design, training and change management
  • Execute the planning of assignments in an effective and efficient manner
  • Commit to meeting clients’ expectations as defined by terms and conditions of contracts

People responsibilities

·  Help to develop skills and knowledge of the people within the group

·  Provide counseling and coaching to people within the group

·  Ensure proper planning and allocation of resources

Technical skills requirements

·  Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or Business Administration

  • Between 4 and 6 years of relevant work experience in a consulting firm or any other relevant experience including organizational or IT transformation projects
  • Good understanding of IT solutions/ technologies ( Navision, SAGE, SAP, etc. )
  • Strong technical skills  in:
    • Organizational structures
    • Process design / optimization
  • Relevant experience in Project Management
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic
