Scope of Work:
The scope subject of the current agreement consists of care services care contract. This includes:
o Emergency Support: This service module provides fast technical support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The target is bringing network elements back into operation if critical service affecting faults have occurred.
o Trouble Resolution: This service module provides support for technical problems in the network. Problems will be solved within an agreed response time (Response Time).
o
Technical
Query:
This service module provides answers to technical
questions regarding network elements. A clarification and qualified answer to
the question will be provided within an agreed Response Time.
o Software Updates/Upgrade: This service module provides Software Update/upgrade packages addressing faults identified within other projects worldwide. recommend to install all updates as soon as they have been delivered to give the network elements the highest stability. Software Updates will be made available regularly .
The supplier will perform the trouble shooting activities for Lawful Interception trouble tickets (Fault reports) following instructions of Purchaser engineers.
