We are a German IT company. Our customers operate mainly in Germany and Austria. To expand our ressources, we created a subsidiary company in Tunisia.We are looking for talents. We are looking for new employees to build up our team in Tunisia.
As Delivery Manager you take the responsibility for the development team in Tunisia. You will build a team with 10 software developers, take the tasks from Germany and ensure the implementation in Tunisia. You are the central interface between our german and tunisian departments. You keep the ongoing developments on track, ensure for a transparent development progress and proactively involve all stakeholders. By team building measures you will foster good work climate, security and trust.

Ideally, you have experience with a CRM and/or ERP system such as Odoo, Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Navision), Zoho, Sage, or SAP.
Optionally you have experience in the utilities industry (electricity, gas, heat, water, energy related services), and/or the service industry.
