Team Lead QA / Automation

Being a QA Lead At CED Tunisia Includes

Having overall responsibility for the quality of all testing in our IT DEV center .
Being a people lead for our IT QA Engineers.
Managing the execution of quality assurance and testing and associated processes, together with your team.
Planning the top-level test strategy for multiple development teams or integration projects.

You have at least 3 years of experience in Test Automation, 4 years of expeience in test coordination and execution and you have more than 6 years of experience in testing. A plus: Experience in tfinancial services or public sector; Experience with Agile environments.

You are ISTQB certified or have a good understanding of testing management and automation methodologies.

You are communicative and able to convey impactful presentations to our clients.
You are able to coach and steer more junior colleagues and further develop the team.
You are able to work on projects, write formal documents and work independently.
You are able to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience.
You are able to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practices.
You have good interpersonal skills.
You are willing to travel abroad.
You are fluent in English .
