Senior/confirmed JAVA/JEE software engineer

Job Description

• Ensure quality delivery of our service contracts
• Responsible and accountable for the quality and timely delivery of development deliverables
• Provide customer communication regarding deliverables and lead Cross Functional, Stakeholders and Status meetings
• Create scalable architecture with a focus on future needs
• Lead and coach your development team

Job requirement

• Engineering Degree – Computer Science preferred.
• More than 4 years of relevant experience with the following skills: Proven experience in design and development
• Technical knowledge and hands on experience with Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Jsp.
• Experience in using Agile Methodology
• Able to delivery services using a product development SDLC
• Strong Knowledge of Agile development principles
• Skills in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
• Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to clients and contacts
