As part of our growth in Tunis, we are looking to hire a JIRA Administrator, who is passionate by JIRA Software and Project Management and would like to have a career in an international company, in the Private Banking sector, within an exciting work environment.

You will be primarily responsible for JIRA standard implementation for all Teams in New Access, and the migration from our in-house Ticketing system and the migration from our in-house Timesheeting and Project Management system.

You will also provide Support to our Consultants in the Professional Services (PS) Teams.

You will integrate a highly motivated Technical Team working on providing solutions for the private banking sector in which you will integrate the existing global Technical Team in Tunis and Geneva.

Responsibilities:

  • JIRA standard implementation for all teams, and migration from our specific ticketing system:

  • JIRA Implementation for Development Teams and Consultants Teams (PS):

  • Implement standards in JIRA configuration (workflows, fields, projects, users).

  • Apply these standards to all Teams.

  • Implement, if needed, the specific JIRA configurations in the most effective way.

  • Migrate from the specific ticketing systems (Tracker – Redmine, internal tool….) to JIRA

  • Define & Implement the global New Access JIRA Standard solution, automatic cloning, etc.

  • Confluence:

  • Validation of filters usage in confluence, privileges, etc.

  • Onboarding all teams (DEV, Support, PS) in Confluence

  • Release Notes:

  • Automate the Release Notes creation

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Produce the JIRA standard policy

  • Implementation of standard reports to be sent to client.

  • Implementation of standard reports to be sent to internal stakeholders.

  • Implementation of specific reports if needed.

  • Timesheet in JIRA and Confluence standardization:

  • Implement Timesheet over JIRA with Tempo, or another plugin (TBD)

  • Implement the default Timesheet by Projects and the specific tasks

  • Implement the mapping Tempo –internal timesheet tools and create the exporting files to be loaded in GIT

  • Implement the forecasting and approval of vacations

  • Create the reporting of vacations by employee, department, teams, etc.

  • Migration from internal timesheet tools to JIRA

Position Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science (Bac+4).

  • Experience (1-2 years) in the administration of JIRA.

  • JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian) administration knowledge.

  • Understanding of JIRA workflow, authorization patterns, notifications, screens, …

  • Ability to maintain and organize JIRA projects

  • Skills to adapt to a dynamic environment while managing a multitude of projects

  • Advanced SQL Knowledge Mandatory

  • French and English in writing and oral required

  • Good ability to identify and solve problems.

  • Strong sense of communication, organization and time management

  • Nice to have:Microsoft Excel, CSV, pivot tables, etc...
