Home School is looking for passionate and motivated coaches to join a small and growing company in Tunis and surrounding areas. Flexible schedule. Make your own hours. Teaching Experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.

It is a great time to join Home School Tunis. We can only be flexible in this area. 

What is an English Coach? Coaching is comparable to teaching, but we believe it can also happen outside the classroom. Our coaches have no limits on their teaching environment. Customers have a wide range of needs and come from many walks of life. Your job will be to assess and create a specialized English plan to optimize learning for your customers.

Responsibilities / Duties:

A coaching position at Home School involves two major responsibilities. Simply said, coaching (English) and communication (with Home School). We are looking for coaches who can maintain high standards in both areas. More details to be provided during the on-boarding process.
Compensation

If able to fulfill these responsibilities at Home School, there will be much growth during your tenure.

Coaches are paid on a scale according to their English ability, there will be an assessment upon hire.

Incentives and Bonus structure in place which rewards top performers.

Qualifications / Preferred Qualities

The main qualification for hire at Home School is English ability, however, the following qualities will rapidly facilitate your success at Home School:

• Punctuality
• Strong English Communication Skills
• Teaching or Sales Experience
• Friendly / Outgoing / Positive personality
• Ability to adapt and adjust to new personalities
